Delete your Realmfall account

This page starts a manual support request to delete a Realmfall account and its linked game data. It does not collect your request in a web form and does not delete anything merely by opening the page.

English Primary version

Never email a password, Google password, authorization code, or session token. Support will verify account ownership through separate, safer instructions. Your age and date of birth are not needed and must not be included.

How to request deletion

  1. Find your game handle In Realmfall, copy the full permanent tagged handle shown for your account, for example AccountName#ABC.
  2. Send the request Use the email button below. Include the tagged handle and state clearly that you want the Realmfall account and associated game data deleted.
  3. Complete verification Support will reply with an ownership-verification step. Deletion is handled manually only after that verification succeeds.

What the request covers

Data scheduled for deletion

  • the Realmfall account and its permanent tagged game identity;
  • local password verifier or linked Google identity information;
  • progression, currencies, inventory, cosmetics, upgrades, quests, and statistics;
  • account-linked clan, social, moderation-status, and other game-profile data.

Limited retention

A submitted player report and its evidence is configured for retention for no more than 180 days. Limited records may remain only where needed for an active ban, fraud or abuse prevention, a dispute, or a legal obligation. Residual copies can remain temporarily in rotating operational backups until overwritten.

Timing and important effects

After ownership verification, the target is to complete the manual deletion within 30 days. Support may contact you if the handle is incomplete or the account cannot yet be verified. Deletion is irreversible: game progress, inventory, and purchases made with in-game currency cannot be restored. Deleting Realmfall data does not delete the Google Account you used to sign in.

For guest play and device-only preferences, you can also clear the site's browser data or clear/uninstall the Android app. That removes local settings but does not erase a submitted report or other server record; contact support if you also want those records reviewed.

  3. Doğrulamayı tamamla Destek ekibi hesap sahipliği doğrulama adımıyla yanıt verir. Silme işlemi yalnız doğrulama başarıyla tamamlandıktan sonra manuel olarak yürütülür.

Talep hangi verileri kapsar?

Silinmesi planlanan veriler

  • Realmfall hesabı ve kalıcı etiketli oyun kimliği;
  • yerel parola doğrulama özeti veya bağlı Google kimlik bilgileri;
  • ilerleme, para birimleri, envanter, kozmetikler, geliştirmeler, görevler ve istatistikler;
  • hesaba bağlı klan, sosyal, moderasyon durumu ve diğer oyun profili verileri.

Sınırlı saklama

Gönderilmiş oyuncu raporu ve kanıtı en fazla 180 gün saklanacak şekilde yapılandırılmıştır. Sınırlı kayıtlar yalnız aktif ban, dolandırıcılık/kötüye kullanım önleme, uyuşmazlık veya yasal zorunluluk için gerekliyse kalabilir. Döngüsel işletim yedeklerinde artık kopyalar üzerlerine yazılana kadar geçici olarak bulunabilir.

Süre ve önemli sonuçlar

Hesap sahipliği doğrulandıktan sonra manuel silme için hedef süre 30 gündür. Kimlik eksikse veya hesap henüz doğrulanamıyorsa destek seninle iletişime geçebilir. Silme geri alınamaz; oyun ilerlemesi, envanter ve oyun içi para ile yapılan alımlar geri yüklenemez. Realmfall verilerini silmek girişte kullandığın Google Hesabını silmez.

Misafir oyun ve yalnız cihazda tutulan tercihler için tarayıcı site verisini temizleyebilir veya Android uygulamasının verisini temizleyip uygulamayı kaldırabilirsin. Bu işlem yerel ayarları kaldırır ancak gönderilmiş bir raporu ya da başka sunucu kaydını silmez; bunların incelenmesini de istiyorsan desteğe yaz.
